Here is a fun little Birthday card for a special friend

who likes sparkle and bling.

Cupcake is colored with Copic markers then

layered with liquid glass to make it shinny.

Oval cut with Cricut using Elegant Edges cartridge,

then I sprinkled it with Fine Blanc Rose glitter.

Next I Distressed the edged with Petal colored stamp ink from CTMH.
